The owners, Joy and Craig (get it, JC Housing?) have owned and rented properties for over 15 years. Every property they've owned and rented are dear to them and they strive to keep them beautiful and full of love and character.

JC Housing homes are all single family homes. All amenities are provided when possible. This includes energy efficient appliances like gold-star hot water heaters (some on-demand), gas stoves and fireplaces, dish washing machines, microwave and convection ovens, and more.

Cooking brings people together so we equip our kitchens with all of the essentials for being a creative and inspired chef. If you want, we can supply blenders, mixers, bread makers, one-pots, or whatever the next kitchen trend might pop up. Of course, what's a kitchen without a coffee and tea pot?

Our yards are always designed to be a place of comfort. If gardening is a passion, there will be a plot available. We'll be sure there are tools for maintaining the lawn and gardens or if that is just not your thing we can arrange for a very inexpensive service (we have friends).

Smoking of any kind will never be allowed inside our homes, but we strive to provide a covered outdoor area that will accommodate. Who are we to judge?

Ample parking is always available. Most homes have a garage for storage or parking and they come with remote entry.
