Accidents happen and by no fault of anyone. That's why they call them accidents. We get it.

We believe strongly in accountability. If it's on us, we'll own it and take care of it. If it's on you we hope you'll do the same. If we're not sure, we will reasonably discuss the best solution for all.

If it is on you, and you don't want to try to get it fixed yourself we can take care of it. Know that whatever it is, we will do everything we can to get it fixed right at the most reasonable cost possible.

If the problem is something minor but you still need our help getting it fixed, maybe you'd like to learn how to take care of it if it happens again in the future. We're open to walking you through any fixes we do, that maybe next time you can do and save yourself the cost.

No worries about preventative maintenance like changing air filters, or cleaning gutters. We take care of all of that.

We believe that a rental contract is a partnership. We want you to have a happy home and we know that your happy home needs to be safe and comfortable. Let us know if there is something not working and we'll be there to make it right.
